摘　　要：习近平新时代公仆意识立意高远,底蕴浓厚,内涵丰富,主要包括:审时度势,未雨绸缪;牢记使命,忠诚于民;乐学常思,扩容增能;履职尽责,实干笃定;尚法修德,清正廉洁。这五个方面浑然一体,相互映照,层层递进,全景式展示了习近平公仆意识的时代意蕴,是对马列主义公仆理论的继承与发展,是马克思主义中国化最新理论成果,是新时代干部队伍建设的基本遵循和行动指南。Xi Jinping's public servant consciousness in the new era owns its high intention, strong connotation and rich content, which mainly includes the following: judging the situation and making good plans in advance;remembering the mission and being loyal to servicing people;being happy and thinking frequently, expanding the capacity of k nowledge and enhancing one's ability;performing one's duties and keeping on doing with determined mind;upholding law and cultivating virtue and being honest and upright in the work. The above mentioned five aspects are integrated, which are inextricably linked and go deeper layer upon layer;it displays the connotation of Xi Jinping's public servant consciousness in a panoramic manner, which is the inheritance and development of Marxism-Leninism theory, the l atest theoretical achievement of Marxism Sinicization, and the basic follow-up and action guidance for constructing c adre team in the new era.
