放疗性粒子植入治疗肿瘤的术后护理

摘　　要：目的探讨研究对于晚期恶性肿瘤患者采用放疗性粒子植入治疗后的术后护理。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年8月收治的30例晚期恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,为此30例患者行微创外科手术植入放射性粒子肿瘤内,并在术后对于患者进行系统化护理管理,并根据患者情况进行一定的心理干预与术后护理,加强患者营养摄入与术后并发症防护预防工作,使得患者能够提升治疗效果,增加患者满意度。结果手术结束后,患者的放射性粒子植入成功率为100%,植入后所有患者均无术后并发症的发生,同时在治疗结束后患者满意度方面均较治疗前有所提升,治疗前后患者满意度有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放疗性粒子植入治疗作为一种永久性植入人体的放疗方式,在保证患者术后护理与综合治疗的基础上,能够有效避免并发症的发生,提升患者的生存率,改善预后,值得临床应用与推广。Objective to investigate postoperative nursing effect radiotherapy seed implantation on advanced malignant tumors patients.Methods choose 30 cases advanced malignant tumors patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 as research objects.30 cases were treated with minimally invasive surgery to implant radioactive seeds into tumor,and carry on systematize nursing management after surgery,some certain psychological intervention and post-operative nursing according to patient’s condition,strengthen nutritional intake and prevent postoperative complications,and improve treatment effect and patient satisfaction of patients.Results after operation,radioactive seed implantation success rate of patients was 100%.After implantation,all cases had no postoperative complications.At the same time,satisfaction degree of patient after treatment was better than before.Satisfaction degree of patients was statistically significant between before and after treatment,(P>0.05).Conclusion radiocurative seed implantation is permanent implantation of radiotherapy in human body.On the basis of ensuring postoperative nursing and comprehensive treatment of patients,it can avoid complications,improve survival rate and prognosis of patients effectively,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
