摘  要:目的研究颅底脊索瘤的CT核磁共振成像影像的诊断特征和临床价值。方法随机选择2016年8月至2019年8月来我院进行颅底脊索瘤的治疗患者50例作为观察组研究对象,另选40例垂体瘤患者作为对照组研究对象,给两组都实施CT和磁共振检查。比对两组患者肿瘤部位和形态特点,肿瘤加权强度信号的强弱,研究颅底脊索瘤的CT和磁共振成像影像的诊断特征和临床价值。结果相对于CT检查来说,磁共振在颅底脊索瘤检查时能更好的反应肿瘤侵犯部位,信号特征也比CT更为显著。结论在颅底脊索瘤的临床诊断中,磁共振的多面建设有着至关重要的作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective to study diagnostic features and clinical value of CT MRI imaging on skull base chordoma.Methods choose 50 cases skull base chordoma patients in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 as observation group,and another 40 cases pituitary tumor patients as control group randomly.Treat oth groups with CT and magnetic resonance examination.Compare tumor location and morphological characteristics,strength of tumor weighted intensity signal between two groups and study diagnostic features and clinical value of CT and magnetic resonance imaging of skull base chordoma.Results MRI can better reflect tumor invasion site during examination of skull base chordoma,and signal characteristics are more significant than CT examination.Conclusion multi-faceted construction of magnetic resonance is of vital effect in clinical diagnosis of skull base chordoma,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
