优质护理对老年2型糖尿病患者的效果观察及血糖分析

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理对老年2型糖尿病患者效果及血糖情况。方法选择本院2017年1月1日至2017年12月31日诊治2型糖尿病100例老年患者资料,按随机数表分两组,对照组(50例)采用常规护理,研究组(50例)使用优质护理,对两组血糖水平、生活质量及满意度进行比较。结果研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白分别为(6.20±1.22)mmol·L^-1、(9.50±1.45)mmol·L^-1、(6.26±0.94)%指标比对照组少(P<0.05);研究组生活质量比对照组高,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);且研究组满意度92.00%比对照组78.00%高,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病老年患者应用优质护理,能有效控制其血糖指标,提升其满意度与生活质量,临床效果显著,具一定应用价值。Objective to analyze effect of quality nursing on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and blood glucose.Methods choose data of 100 cases elderly type 2 diabetes patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 1,2017 to December 31,2017,divide them into two groups according to random number table.Control group(50 cases)was treated with routine nursing,and study group(50 cases)with quality nursing.Compare blood glucose levels,life quality and satisfaction degree between two groups.Results fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of study group was(6.20±1.22)mmol·L^-1,(9.50±1.45)mmol·L^-1,and(6.26±0.94)%,less than control group(P<0.05);life quality of study group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);satisfaction degree of study group was 92.00%,higher than control group 78.00%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion quality nursing can effectively control their blood glucose levels,improve satisfaction degree and life quality of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,which is of significant clinical effect and some certain application value.
