鼻中隔偏曲治疗中应用黏膜缝合法与鼻腔填塞法的疗效差异

摘　　要：目的探究鼻中隔偏曲治疗中应用黏膜缝合法和鼻腔填塞法的效果差异。方法择取2016年1月至2020年1月我院收治的60例鼻中隔偏曲患者参与研究,按照数字表法进行随机分组,包括对照组30例和观察组30例,对照组采用鼻腔填塞法治疗,观察组采用黏膜缝合法治疗,比较两组患者疼痛、流泪、鼻塞和睡眠困难的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗有效率以及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者疼痛、流泪、鼻塞和睡眠困难VSA均低于对照组,差异经比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗有效率96.67%高于对照组76.67%,差异经比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率6.67%,对照组患者术后并发症发生率16.67%,差异经比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻中隔偏曲患者的治疗中应用黏膜缝合法和鼻腔填塞法治疗均有良好的安全性,但是黏膜缝合法可以更好的缓解患者术后不适感,因此该种治疗方法值得在临床中进行推广应用。Objective to explore effect difference of mucosal suture and nasal packing in treatment of nasal septum deviation.Methods choose 60 cases deviated nasal septum patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 for study,according to number table method,divide them into 30 cases in control group and 30 cases in observation group randomly.Control group was treated with nasal filling and observation group with mucosal suture.Compare visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of pain,tearing,nasal congestion and sleep difficulties,effective rate of treatment and incidence of postoperative complications between two groups.Results VSA scores of pain,tearing,nasal congestion and sleep difficulty in observation group were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);treatment effective rate of observation group was 96.67%higher than control group 76.67%.Comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);postoperative complication rate of observation group was 6.67%,and control group was 16.67%,difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion mucosal suture and nasal cavity filling can achieve good safety in treatment of patients with nasal septum deviation,mucosal suture can alleviate postoperative discomfort of patients better,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
