主动护理减轻扁桃体切除患者术后疼痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨观察主动护理减轻扁桃体切除患者术后疼痛的效果。方法选择2016年1月至2018年12月在我院行扁桃体切除手术患者100例作为研究对象,随机分成研究组(50例)与对照组(50例),对照组选择被动护理方法,研究组选择主动护理方法,对两组患者护理中出现的疼痛状况进行评分并记录患者的疼痛持续时间、单次使用药物剂量与术后并发症的情况,观察两组患者手术相关指标评分。结果治疗结束后,研究组患者的VAS评分得分相对于对照组患者而言较高,两组数据对比有意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后,研究组患者的疼痛持续时间、单次使用药物剂量与术后并发症情况相对于对照组患者而言更加优秀,两组数据对比有意义(P<0.05);两组在手术时间、术中出血量方面的比较差异均无统计学意义;但研究组在饮食恢复正常时间均明显由于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对于扁桃体切除患者的术后疼痛而言,采用主动护理能够有效减少患者的术后疼痛与术后并发症的发生,减少手术对于患者术后正常生活的影响,改善患者负面情绪,值得临床推广与应用。Objective to investigate and observe effect of active nursing on relieving postoperative pain of tonsillectomy patients.Methods choose 100 cases tonsillectomy patients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018,divide them into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)randomly.Control group was treated with passive nursing method,and study group with active nursing method.Score pain status,record pain duration,dosage of single drug application and postoperative complications,and observe related index scores between two groups.Results after treatment,VAS scores of study group was higher than control group,data comparison was significant between two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,pain duration,dosage of single drug application and postoperative complications of study group was better than control group,comparison was significant between two groups(P<0.05);operation time,intraoperative blood loss showed no significant difference between two groups,and diet recovery time of study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion active nursing can reduce postoperative pain and postoperative complications for postoperative pain of tonsillectomy patients effectively,reduce effect of surgery on normal life of patients,and improve their negative emotions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
