针对性护理对氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿中重度哮喘的应用

摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理对氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿中重度哮喘的应用。方法筛选出本院2018年1月至2019年12月期间接收的中重度哮喘患者50例为实验对象,根据其住院号将其分成参照组与观察者,25例/组。其中,参照组用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上用针对性护理,对比两组的临床满意度、不良反应率等指标变化。结果干预后,观察者的不良反应率小于参照组,而临床满意度却超过参照组,组间差异存在统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理对氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿中重度哮喘有非常的应用效果,提高了护理质量,降低了患儿的不良反应情况,值得使用。Objective to analyze application of targeted nursing on oxygen driven atomization inhalation in treatment of moderate and severe asthma in children.Methods choose 50 cases moderate to severe asthma patients in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 as experimental objects,divide them into reference group and observer group according to hospitalization number,25 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with targeted nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Compare clinical satisfaction degree and adverse reaction rate between two groups.Results after intervention,adverse reaction rate of observation group was lower than reference group,clinical satisfaction degree was higher than reference group,difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion targeted nursing can achieve good effect on oxygen driven atomization inhalation in treatment of moderate to severe asthma children,improve nursing quality,reduce their adverse reactions,which is worthy of application.
