强化护理在跟骨骨折切开复位钢板内固定术后的价值体会

摘　　要：目的探讨观察强化护理在跟骨骨折切开复位钢板内固定术后的价值。方法选择我院2017年5月至2019年4月期间收治的144例跟骨骨折切开复位钢板内固定术患者,采用随机数表法进行分组,设为对照组与研究组,各组占72例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施强化护理,对比观察护理效果。结果评估足部功能,研究组优良率明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较发现,研究组与对照组护理干预前、后的bohler角及Gissane角都无明显差异,没有统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跟骨骨折,行切开复位钢板内固定术,配合强化护理,效果满意,建议推广。Objective to investigate value of intensive nursing after open reduction and plate internal fixation for calcaneal fractures.Methods choose 144 cases calcaneal fracture patients treated with open reduction and plate internal fixation in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019,divide them into control group and study group randomly,with 72 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and study group with intensive nursing.Compare and observe nursing effect between two groups.Results excellent and good rate of study group were significantly higher than control group,difference was statistical significant,(P<0.05);comparison found that bholer angle and gissane angle before and after nursing intervention between study and control group had no significant difference(P>0.05);incidence of complications in study group was lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion open reduction and plate internal fixation combined with intensive nursing can achieve satisfactory effect on calcaneal fracture,which is recommended of promotion.
