2型糖尿病患者应用达美康缓释片联合二甲双胍的临床疗效及其对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病患者采取达美康联合二甲双胍治疗效果及其对生活质量的影响。方法本文所选300例2型糖尿病患者均为本院2017年1月至2020年1月接收,基于平行对照法分为两组,对照组(n=150)行二甲双胍治疗,观察组(n=150)采取达美康联合二甲双胍治疗,对2组治疗效果和生活质量进行比较。结果在FPG及PPG方面,观察组与对照组治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组均比对照组低,差异明显(P<0.05);在物质生活、生理及鞥呢、精神状态及社会功能评分方面,观察组均比对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05)。在TC与TG水平方面,观察组治疗后均比对照组低,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论予以2型糖尿病患者达美康缓释片联合二甲双胍治疗,除合理控制患者血糖水平外,有助于生活质量提高,值得临床推广与采纳。Objective to analyze curative effect of damecan combined with metformin and effect on life quality in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods choose 300 cases type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020.Divide them into two groups based on parallel control method.Control group(n=150)received metformin treatment,and observation group(n=150)received dexamethasone combined with metformin.Compare treatment effect and life quality between two groups.Results FPG and PPG showed no significant difference between observation and control group before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,that of observation group was lower than control group,difference was significant(P<0.05);mental status and social function scores in observation group were higher than control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).TC and TG levels in observation group were lower than control group after treatment,difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion damekang sustained-release tablets combined with metformin can improve life quality,control blood glucose levels of type 2 diabetic patients reasonably,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
