摘 要:为研究甘露寡糖对坝上长尾鸡早期生长性能、免疫性能和肠道黏膜形态的影响,选择1日龄坝上长尾600只,随机分为4组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5 g/kg、1 g/kg、1.5 g/kg甘露寡糖。测定1~15日龄和16~30日龄日增重、日采食量和料重比,试验期末制作肠道切片,测定十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜绒毛高度、隐窝深度,计算绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值,测定血清IgA、IgM、IgG和肠道SIgA含量。结果显示:试验3组中的1~15和16~30日龄日增重分别比对照组提高15.04%和10.58%、料重比分别降低11.57%和4.81%;十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度极显著高于试验1组和对照组(P<0.01);空肠和回肠V/C值极显著高于试验1组和对照组(P<0.01);血清IgA、IgG及肠道黏膜SIgA含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),IgM含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,日粮添加1.5 g/kg甘露寡糖能显著提高坝上长尾鸡早期的生长性能和免疫性能,降低料重比,对肠道黏膜具有保护作用。In order to explore the effects of mannan oligosaccharides on the early growth performance, immune performance, and intestinal mucosal morphology in Bashang long-tail chickens, 600 1-day-age Bashang long-tail chickens were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group.The control group was fed with a basal diet. The test groups 1, 2, and 3 were fed with basal diet with 0.5 g/kg, 1 g/kg, and 1.5 g/kg mannan oligosaccharides,respectively. The daily gain, daily feed intake and the ratio of feed to gain of long-tailed chickens aged at 1 to 15 days and 16 to 30 days were measured. Intestinal sections were prepared at the end of the test, and the mucosal villi length and crypt depth of the duodenum, jejunum, and ileum were measured. The ratio of villi height to crypt depth was calculated, and the serum IgA, IgM, IgG, and intestinal SIgA contents were measured. The results showed that the daily gain of long-tail chickens aged at 1 to 15 days and 16 to 30 days in the test group 3 was 15.04% and10.58% higher than the control group, and the ratio of feed to gain was reduced by 11.57% and 4.81%, respectively.The heights of duodenum, jejunum and ileum of test group 3 were significantly higher than those of test group 1 and the control group(P<0.01). The jejunum and ileum V/C values were significantly higher than those in the test group 1 and the control group(P<0.01). The levels of serum IgA, IgG and intestinal mucosa SIgA were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). IgM content was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). It’s indicated that adding 1.5 g/kg mannan oligosaccharides to the diet could significantly improve the early growth performance and immune performance, reduce the ratio of feed to gain, and protect the intestinal mucosa of Bashang long-tail chicken.
