摘 要:突发事件下的应急物资的需求具有紧迫性和多样化,为尽可能保障应急物资的供给,应充分发挥企业的作用。除了实物储备,生产能力储备也是企业提供应急物资的重要方式之一。与以往文献不同,在考虑企业实物储备和生产准备提前期的基础上,区分突发事件的前期、中期和后期,构建了生产提前期为零和不为零的应急物资生产能力储备企业库存控制模型,并进行了数理分析,还通过仿真算例验证了模型的适用性。模型的目标是通过确定企业的经济批量、生产周期和订货周期,实现应急物资生产能力储备企业库存成本的最小化。研究结论将为企业的决策者进行库存优化提供一定的理论依据和实践指导。The demand for emergency supplies in emergencies is urgent and diversified.In order to ensure the supply of emergency supplies as far as possible,the enterprises should play its full role.In addition to physical reserves,production capacity reserve is also one of the important ways for enterprises to provide emergency supplies.Unlike previous literature,this paper will construct inventory control models of emergency supplies production capacity reserve enterprise by distinguishing the early,middle and late stage of emergency based on considering material reserves and production lead time,which is zero and not zero.And the mathematical analysis is conducted.The objective is to minimize the inventory cost of emergency material production capacity reserve enterprises through determining the enterprise economic batch,production cycle and the ordering cycle.The applicability of the model is verified through the simulation example.The conclusions will provide decision makers of enterprises with certain theoretical basis and practical guidance for inventory optimization.
