摘 要:专业群内涵建设是应用技术型高校深化供给侧改革的有益探索与实践。在系统分析应用技术型高校专业群设置、群内各专业关联与支撑作用,以及专业群人才培养特色和培养思路基础上,深度剖析应用技术型高校专业群建设存在问题。研究表明,专业群建设依然存在学科专业设置理念滞后、应用型教学团队建设滞后、专业群建设支撑体系不够健全等问题。据此,提出加快推进专业群平台建设,组建高素质“双师双能”型教师团队,重构应用型专业群课程体系,增强产业学院对专业群建设支撑作用等举措,以加快高校应用技术型转型发展和专业群内涵建设。The construction of specialty cluster is to deepen the exploration and practice of supply-side reform of applied technology-oriented universities.Based on the systematic analysis of the establishment of the specialty cluster,the relationship and supporting function of the specialties in the cluster,as well as the characteristics and thoughts of the specialty cluster personnel training,the problems existing in the construction of the specialty cluster are analyzed.The analysis shows that at present there is still a lag in discipline and specialty setting and in application-oriented teaching team construction,and the supporting system of specialty cluster construction is not perfect enough.Therefore,we should accelerate the construction of specialty cluster platform,set up a high quality“double-profession and double-ability”teaching team,reconstructing applied curriculum system of the specialty cluster,enhance the support of industrial college to the construction of specialty cluster,to accelerate the transformation of applied technology-oriented universities and promote the specialty cluster construction.
