摘　　要：中国新冠肺炎确诊病例数逐渐下降,治愈出院人数不断增加。面对大量的新冠肺炎出院患者,随访逐渐成为医疗救治的后续重点工作,本文基于上海市公共卫生临床中心新冠肺炎出院患者随访体系的建立,探讨如何健全随访制度、流程,搭建医患沟通平台,及时了解出院患者康复状态,对新冠肺炎出院患者进行有效的院外康复指导,为未来新发、突发传染病疫情期间出院患者随访制度的建立及实施奠定基础。The number of COVID-19 patients has gradually decreased while the number of discharged patients has been increasing.In the face of a great quantity of discharged patients,follow-up has gradually become the focus of medical treatment.Based on the establishment of a follow-up system for COVID-19 discharged patients from the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center,this paper discusses how to improve the system and procedures,build up a doctor-patient communication platform,timely understand the rehabilitation status of discharged patients and give effective rehabilitation guidance so as to lay a foundation for the establishment and implementation of the follow-up system for discharged patients during the outbreak of emerging infectious diseases in the future.
