摘　　要：构建数字档案馆四维安全管理体系,加强数字档案馆安全保障工作,是系统解决数字档案馆安全问题与提升数字档案馆安全管理能力的根本举措。在基于文献计量方法分析数字档案馆安全管理研究热点的基础上,从主体、客体、方式、时间四个维度阐述了数字档案馆四维安全管理体系的内涵,提出从增强主体的安全意识与安全管理能力、全面分析客体面临的各种风险因素、创新安全管理方式、以时间为主线四个维度来构建科学的安全管理体系,实现数字档案馆安全的长效、精准、综合与全程管理。Building a four-dimensional security management system of digital archives and strengthening the security work of digital archives are the fundamental measures to systematically solve the security problems and improve the security management ability of digital archives.Based on the analysis of the research focuses on the security management of digital archives by the method of bibliometrics,this paper expounds the connotation of the four-dimensional security management system of digital archives from the four dimensions of subject,object,mode and time.It is proposed to build a scientific security management system from four dimensions:enhancing the subject's security awareness and security management ability,comprehensively analyzing various risk factors faced by the object,innovating the security management mode and taking time as the main line,so as to realize the long-term,accurate,comprehensive and whole process management of the security of digital archives.
