摘  要:在许多情况下,电表在汽车生产中的现场使用非常复杂,并且所测得的参数通常会转换为微弱的低电平电压信号,并长距离发送到二次电表或计算机系统。因此,除了有用的信号外,通常还有与被测信号无关的电压和电流。这种不相关的电压或电流信号称为“干扰”(也称为噪声)。干扰有很多原因,通常称为干扰,但有电气干扰,但从广义上讲,热噪声,温度效应,化学效应,振动等会影响测量并引起干扰。如果在这些测量过程中不能排除这些干扰的影响,则仪表将无法正常工作。根据设备输入端子干扰的工作模式,可以分为串联模式干扰和共模干扰。串行模式干扰是指叠加在测量信号上的干扰,而共模干扰是指设备输入端子与地面之间施加的干扰。本文研究了汽车仪器仪表干扰的产生原因,指出了仪器仪表干扰的抑制,最后提出了仪器仪表抑制干扰的措施及应用。In many cases,the field use of electric meters in automobile production is very complex,and the measured parameters are usually converted to weak low level voltage signals and sent to secondary meters or computer systems for long distances.Therefore,in addition to useful signals,there are usually voltages and currents independent of the measured signal.This uncorrelated voltage or current signal is called"interference"(also called noise).There are many reasons for interference,usually called interference,but there are electrical interference,but in a broad sense,thermal noise,temperature effect,chemical effect,vibration and so on will affect the measurement and cause interference.If the effect of these disturbances can not be excluded during these measurements,the instrument will not work properly.According to the working mode of input terminal interference,it can be divided into series mode interference and common mode interference.Serial mode interference refers to the interference superimposed on the measurement signal,while common mode interference refers to the interference between the input terminal of the device and the ground.In this paper,the causes of automobile instrument interference are studied,the suppression of instrument interference is pointed out,and finally the measures and applications of instrument suppression interference are put forward.
