摘 要:本文以准直器型光纤旋转连接器作为研究对象,简要介绍了单通道/多通道两种光纤旋转连接器的结构特征与工作原理,针对角度偏差、离轴偏差和轴向偏差三种耦合损耗情况进行详细分析,并结合耦合损耗对插损的影响设计了三类偏差值的具体优化分配方案。研究结果表明,需将准直器型光纤旋转连接器的角度偏差控制在0.07°范围内、离轴偏差限制在0.01 mm以内、工作距离不超过10 mm,基于上述指标生产出的样品插损率低于2 dB、插损变化量不超过1 dB,能够为光纤旋转连接器性能优化与产能提升提供参考价值。This paper takes collimator type optical fiber rotary connector as the research object,briefly introduces the structural characteristics and working principle of single channel/multi-channel optical fiber rotary connector,analyzes the coupling loss of angle deviation,off-axis deviation and axial deviation in detail,and designs the specific optimal allocation scheme of three kinds of deviation values according to the influence of coupling loss on insertion loss。The results show that the angle deviation of the collimator type optical fiber rotary connector should be controlled within 0.07°range,the off-axis deviation should be limited to 0.01 mm,and the working distance should not exceed 10 mm.Based on the above indicators,the insertion loss rate of the sample is less than 2dB,and the change of insertion loss is not more than 1dB,which can provide reference value for the performance optimization and capacity improvement of optical fiber rotary connector.
