摘　　要：本期的重心是曾被称为“海洋宪章”的《联合国海洋法公约》(UNCLOS)理论与实践的研究,中外学者的三篇论文分别就UNCLOS框架内外海洋法的发展与完善、UNCLOS缔约国在争端解决机构上的不同取向和偏好、UNCLOS对南极争端解决机制的影响与启示等,分别展开深入的分析与讨论,拓展了UNCLOS理论、实践研究上的深度与广度。The focus of this issue lies in the research on the theory and practice of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea(UNCLOS),which was once called the“Constitution for the Oceans”.The three papers from Chinese and foreign scholars respectively conduct in-depth analysis and discussion on the development and improvement of the law of the sea within or without the UNCLOS framework,the different orientations and preferences of UNCLOS States Parties on dispute settlement institutions,and the impact and revelation of UNCLOS on the settlement mechanism of Antarctic disputes,which bring expansion to the depth and breadth of UNCLOS theoretical and practical research.
