摘  要:文章研究了自养硝化颗粒污泥(ANGS)的异养反硝化性能,通过单因素试验确定ANGS对总无机氮(TIN)去除率的影响,确定响应曲面各因素变量的取值范围。利用响应曲面法和Box-Behnken Design(BBD)方法设计试验,研究各因素变量和TIN去除率之间的关系,并探索最佳工艺组合。各个因素对TIN去除的显著性影响顺序是:外投碳源浓度(COD浓度)>污泥浓度>反应时间>搅拌速率,时间和搅拌速率、COD浓度和搅拌速率、COD浓度和污泥浓度、污泥浓度和搅拌速率的交互作用较显著。得出最佳运行参数为:反应时间2.868 h、COD浓度320 mg/L、搅拌速率202 r/min和污泥浓度6000 mg/L,预测TIN的去除率响应值为20.5%。Heterotrophic denitrifying performance of autotrophic nitrifying granular sludge(ANGS)was investigated.The influence of each factor on the removal efficiency of total inorganic nitrogen(TIN)by ANGS was explored by single factor experiments,and the range of each factor of the response surface was determined.The experiments were designed by using response surface method and Box-Behnken Design(BBD)method.The relationships between variables and TIN removal efficiency were studied,and the optimum combination of parameters was determined.The order of significant effects of TIN removal was external carbon source concentration(COD concentration)>sludge concentration>reaction time>stirring speed.Interaction effects between reaction time and stirring speed,COD concentration and stirring speed,COD concentration and sludge concentration,sludge concentration and stirring speed were significant.The optimal combination of reaction time,COD concentration,stirring speed and sludge concentration were 2.868 h,320 mg/L,202 r/min and 6000 mg/L,and the predicted response value of TIN removal rate was 20.5%.
