摘  要:近年来现代有轨电车在中国城市的应用愈受重视,而组团式发展是中国现代化城市的发展趋势,现代有轨电车在组团式城市的应用缺乏专门的研究。首先对现代有轨电车在组团式城市的功能定位及其影响因素进行识别,研究认为其在主城区对骨干或主体的公交系统起到加密和接驳作用,在非主城区的组团起到骨干公交系统的作用。在此基础上以现代有轨电车与城市总体规划相关布局的契合度、与大型综合交通枢纽和地铁的接驳关系、线路所在组团的近期建设力度、线路客流需求和线路的实施条件等5个因素作为决策指标,运用多目标理想点决策的方法,分析各线路与理想线路的贴近度并排序,得出建设时序。最后以中国某组团式发展的一线城市最新的有轨电车线网规划方案为案例对这一建设时序的分析方法进行验证。The development of modern trams in Chinese cities has been garnering increasing attention in recent years, and development focused on clustered cities is the most recent trend in China. However, there is a lack of specialized research in the development of modern trams in clustered cities. First, this study identifies the main functions of modern trams in clustered cities and its influencing factors, considering the role it plays in supplying and connecting the main public transportation system in the central areas of the city, and its role as the backbone of the public transportation system in the city. On this basis, five factors, including the fit between the modern tram and master plan of city development, connection with the subway and other mass transit, recent develpment of tram lines in the clusters, passenger flow demand, and implementation conditions of the line, are used as decision indicators. Then, the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) is used to study the construction timing approach. One of the latest tram network planning schemes of a first-tier city in China is provided as an example, to validate the proposed method.
