摘 要:为分析对转永磁同步电机(DRPMSM)的磁场特性,针对该类电机的反向自旋磁场进行研究。通过引进电枢铁心的切向磁阻和法向磁阻两个分量,复杂的串联磁路及并联磁路交替出现被有效简化,并建立对转DRPMSM的等效磁路模型。电机设计上通过对不同材质永磁磁钢的合理选择运用,对内外两个转子直径比进行优选,使得两个机械转子可以产生相同电磁转矩并同速反向旋转,有限元仿真结果有效证明了该设计理论的正确性。In order to explore magnetic field characteristics of opposite-rotating dual-rotor PMSM(DRPMSM),the coupling magnetic field which distribution in stator was researched.by introducing two components that radial and tangential reluctance of stator core,the parallel magnetic circuit and series magnetic circuit appeared in turn which was quite complex was effectively reduced,after that an equivalent magnetic circle model of opposite-rotating DRPMSM was presented.Two different materials of permanent magnets were chosen for outer and inner rotors,the radius ratio of those two rotors was further optimized made the DRPMSM to generate isometrically electromagnetic torques and reversed rotating speed.The validity of the proposed method was verified by finite element simulation results.
