摘 要:乘用车用永磁同步电机向小体积、高功率密度及大扭矩方向发展,且其运行环境较为恶劣,因此温升成为电机交付考核的关键指标之一。以一台电机与减速器二合一为研究对象,根据电机性能指标对该电机进行淋油冷却系统设计,确立了淋油冷却方案,分析了电机内部热源分布。将永磁同步电机模型进行合理简化,采用CFD方法对淋油冷却模型进行温升计算,得到了电机内部温度分布规律。搭建油冷电机实验平台,将实验值与计算值进行对比,分析比较绕组端部测温元件测试值与有限元仿真值的误差。分析结果表明,采用正交法设计的淋油冷却结构合理,电机温度场求解结果准确,CFD有限元方法计算可靠。可以较好地为油冷电机开发设计提供参考。PMSM for passenger cars are developing towards small volume,high power density and high torque,and its operating environment is harsh.The temperature rise has become one of the key indicators for motor delivery assessment.A two-in-one motor with a reducer was taken as the research object.The motor was designed for oil cooling system according to the motor performance index.The oil cooling scheme was established and the internal heat source distribution of the motor was analyzed.The permanent magnet synchronous motor model was simplified reasonably,and the temperature field of the oil cooling model was analyzed by CFD,then the internal temperature distribution of the motor was obtained.The oil cooling motor test platform was built,and the calculated results were compared with the test results.The simulation values and experimental values of the temperature measurement points at the ends of the windings were compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the calculation error was within 4%,which indicates that the motor oil-cooling structure was reasonable and the calculation results was accurately and the study method of temperature field was reliably,which could provide a good reference for the development and design of oil-cooling motors.
