摘 要:以一台三相12/8极开关磁阻电机驱动系统为研究对象,利用有限元法计算出样机的静态特性,建立了开关磁阻电机驱动系统的仿真模型,将仿真电流波形与相同工况条件下的实验平台电流波形相对比,结果表明二者吻合度好,验证了仿真模型的准确性。充分考虑了电机运行工况与控制策略对电机损耗的影响,根据仿真模型得出的电流波形,用公式法计算铜损,用时步有限元法计算铁损;分析了铁损在铁心中的分布规律。计算并分析了满载条件下,铜损和铁损随转速的变化规律,得出了总损耗随转速减小而增加的结论,为开关磁阻电机设计和控制提供依据。A three-phase 12/8-pole SRM drive system was taken as the research object.The static characteristics of the prototype were calculated by the finite element method.The simulation model of SRM drive system was established.The simulation current waveform was compared with the current waveform of the experimental platform under the same working condition.The results showed that the two were in good agreement,which verified the accuracy of the simulation model.The influence of the operation condition and control strategy of the motor on the motor loss was fully considered.According to the current waveform obtained by simulation,the copper loss was calculated by formula method;the iron loss was calculated by time stepping finite element method;and the distribution law of iron loss in iron core was analyzed.Under the condition of full load,the variation of copper loss and iron loss with rotating speed is calculated and analyzed,and the conclusion that the total loss increases with decreasing speed is obtained,which provides the basis for the design and control of SRM.
