摘 要:设计了一台额定功率3.1 kW,额定转速60000 r/min的表贴式4极高速永磁同步电机,选取了性能更好的非晶合金作为高速永磁同步电机的定子铁心材料,基于该非晶合金的BH曲线对电机进行磁路设计,并建立电机有限元模型。采用双向磁-热耦合计算分析的方式,求解了电机的损耗和温升,并与0.2 mm高硅钢20JNEH1200电机进行仿真对比。得出非晶合金定子铁心电机的损耗和发热都有明显降低的结论。A 4-pole high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor with rated power of 3.1 kW and rated speed of 60000 r/min was designed.Amorphous alloy with better performance was selected as a stator iron core material for highspeed permanent magnet synchronous motor,the motor was designed according to the BH curve of the amorphous alloy,and the motor finite element model was established.The loss and temperature rise of the motor were solved by two-way magnetic-thermal coupling calculation,and the simulation comparison with the 0.2 mm high silicon steel 20JNEH1200 motor.It was concluded that the loss and heat of amorphous alloy iron motor were significantly reduced.
