摘  要:通过对选矿厂原矿仓堵塞不下料的原因分析,提出了高速气流破拱清堵技术改造方案,阐述了方案的具体实施情况,对应用效果进行了评价。应用结果表明:高速气流破拱清堵技术能有效解决原矿仓堵塞不下矿问题,提高原矿仓缓冲能力,均衡调节选矿生产过程,提高选矿厂运行质量和生产效率,为其他选矿厂类似问题的解决提供了参考依据,应用前景广泛。Through reasons analysis of blockage and no-feeding of raw ore bin of beneficiation plant,the technological reconstruction proposal of high speed airflow breaking arch and clearance of blocking has been proposed,and elaborate specific implementation of the proposal,also evaluation of application effect has been conducted.The application results show that the technology of high speed airflow breaking arch and clearance of blocking can effectively solve the problem of blockage and no-feeding of raw ore bin,improve the buffering capacity of raw ore bin,proportionally balance the beneficiation production process,improve operational quality and production efficiency of beneficiation plant,and lay a reference basis for solving the similar problems of other beneficiation plants,which has a wide application prospect.
