摘 要:利用光学显微镜、万能试验机和冲击试验机等设备,对Nb-Ti微合金复合强化生产的高强钢700L在不同卷取温度下的组织和力学性能进行了检测。对比结果表明:随着卷取温度从460℃提高到680℃,随着温度的升高,材料的强度和低温韧性冲击功先降低后升高再降低,强度在630℃左右达到最大值,低温韧性冲击功在590℃左右达到最大值。钢的组织构成也由铁素体+贝氏体为主逐渐演变到铁素体+珠光体,且随着温度的升高,晶粒尺寸增大,并伴随不同程度的混晶现象。The microstructure and mechanical properties of 700L high strength steel produced by Nb-Ti composite microalloy at different coiling temperatures were examined by means of optical microscope,universal testing machine and impact testing machine.The results show that when the coiling temperature is increased from 460℃to 680℃,the mechanical properties of the material first decrease,then increase,and then decrease with the increase of temperature.The strength reaches the maximum value at about 630℃,and the low-temperature toughness impact energy reaches the maximum value at about 590℃.The microstructure of the steel also gradually evolved from ferrite+bainite to ferrite+pearlite,and with the increase of temperature,the grain size increased,and with different degrees of mixed crystal phenomenon.
