摘　　要：采用热挤压方法,使用6300 t卧式挤压机生产超级双相钢UNS S32760无缝钢管,之后进行固溶处理,得到了良好的管材性能。固溶温度1100℃时,UNS S32760无缝钢管具有良好的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,铁素体相(α相)含量为48.73%,抗拉强度的平均值为860 MPa,屈服强度的平均值为642 MPa,伸长率的平均值为35%,硬度的平均值为24.3 HRC,冲击试验温度为-10℃,横向冲击功的平均值为150 J,依据ASTM G48 A法试验,点腐蚀速率为0.078 mm/a。Using hot extrusion method,the super duplex stainless steel UNS S32760 seamless pipe is produced by 6300 t horizontal extruder.The pipe has satisfactory properties after solution treatment.When the solution temperature is 1100℃,UNS S32760 seamless steel pipe has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,the properties are as follows:the content of ferrite phase(αphase)is 48.73%,the average tensile strength is 860 MPa,the average yield strength is 642 MPa,the average elongation is 35%,the average hardness is 24.3 HRC,the average transverse impact energy is 150 J at-10℃of impact test,the point corrosion rate is 0.078 mm/a according to ASTM G48 A method.
