摘  要:通过对轴流压缩机的机械效率,汽轮机内效率、锅炉效率、辅机用电率、压缩机E点功率,高炉煤气热值等数据的计算,得出了安钢2#高炉配套压缩机两种驱动模式下能源消耗的总数,并进行了经济效益的比对分析,为现代大型高炉轴流压缩机组选用何种驱动方式提供了依据。Through the calculation of the mechanical efficiency of the axial compressor,the internal efficiency of turbine,the efficiency of boiler,the power consumption of auxiliary machine,the power of compressor E point,the calorific value of blast furnace gas and other data,the total amount of energy consumption under two driving modes of 2#blast furnace supporting compressor of Anyang Steel is obtained,and the comparative analysis of economic benefits is carried out,which provides the driving mode for modern large-scale blast furnace axial compressor unit the numerical basis is given.
