摘 要:多参考帧运动估计是帧间预测中的一项重要技术,在显著提高编码效率的同时,会大幅提升运算复杂度。在分析AVS2的多参考帧判决过程中发现,缓冲区中各参考帧被选为最佳参考帧的概率分布与相邻PU具有强相关性。因此,提出了一种快速选择算法,根据距当前帧的距离,将缓冲区中的参考帧分为两个区间,选择性地使用不同区间中的参考帧,利用空域相关性和参考帧的概率分布动态调整参考帧遍历顺序,同时根据相关阈值提前终止参考帧选择。实验表明,该算法在保证压缩效率基本不变的情况下,可平均减少41%的编码时间。Multi-reference frame coding is an important technology in inter-frame prediction.It can significantly improve the coding efficiency,but it brings greater computational complexity.In this paper,the fast multi-reference frame decision algorithm of AVS2 is studied.It is found that the probability distribution of each reference frame selected as the best reference frame in the buffer is strongly correlative with the adjacent PUs.Based on the correlation feature,a fast selection algorithm is proposed to reduce the computational complexity.The reference frames in buffer are divided into two sections according to the distance from the current frame.They are selectively used in different sections,and dynamically adjusted the traversal order of the reference frames by using spatial correlation and the probability distribution of the reference frames.It can terminate the selection in advance according to the correlation threshold.Experiments show that the coding time can be reduced by 41% on average,and the compression efficiency is basically unchanged.
