摘　　要：股骨头软骨下功能不足性骨折(SIFFH)是临床中少见的疾病,是股骨头塌陷导致退行性髋部疾病的原因之一。股骨头软骨下骨折多见于骨质疏松的老年人或活动量突然增加的青壮年。因为与股骨头坏死(ONFH)具有相似的临床和影像学特征,SIFFH常被误诊为ONFH,以至延误病情或更改治疗方案。所以在临床工作中正确诊断SIFFH,选择合理、个体化的治疗方案尤为重要。文章就股骨头软骨下骨折的病因、临床表现、影像学特点、治疗及预后进行综述。Subchondral insufficiency fracture of the femoral head(SIFFH)is a rare clinical condition,which is one of the cause for femoral head collapse leading to degenerative hip disease.Subchondral fracture of the femoral head usually happens in the osteoporotic elderly,or in the young adults with sudden increase in activity.Because of the similar clinical and imaging features with osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH),SIFFH is often misdiagnosed as ONFH,thus delaying the disease or changing the management.Therefore,it is very important to diagnose SIFFH correctly and choose a reasonable and individualized management.The purpose of this article is to review the etiology,clinical manifestations,imaging features,treatment and prognosis of subchondral fracture of the femoral head.
