楔式闸阀楔角匹配误差控制及修整的工艺研究

摘　　要：成组技术,将楔式闸阀阀体和闸板生产工序中的专用夹具改为成组夹具,并将其与机床组合,形成专用设备生产线,使得夹具的适用范围扩大,系统误差稳定性增强。将楔角微量调节装置引入闸板密封面精加工夹具,量化了闸板大小端厚度差的修整量,降低了偶然误差对楔角修整的影响,使楔角匹配调试效率明显提高。By using group technology,the special fixture in the production process of valve body and gate plate of wedge type gate valve is changed into group fixture,which is combined with machine tool to form special equipment production line.The micro-adjusting device of wedge Angle is introduced into the sealing face finishing fixture of gate plate,the matching and debugging efficiency of wedge angle can be improved.
