摘 要:本文研究了以20%氨水-40 g/L碳酸铵-20 g/L硫酸肼溶液作为溶剂分离测定铜冶炼产物中的金属铜量。用30 g/L盐酸羟胺-30 g/L NH4Cl溶液预先浸取铜的氧化物,过滤分离,滤渣用20%氨水-40 g/L碳酸铵-20 g/L硫酸肼溶液振荡30 min浸取金属铜,铜的硫化物浸取率在3%以下,铁酸铜基本不溶解。探讨了硫酸肼用量、浸取时间和金属铜粒度对浸取结果的影响,确定了粒度在180目以上,用20%氨水-40 g/L碳酸铵-20 g/L硫酸肼溶液作为溶剂,振荡浸取15 min的最佳试验条件。The separation and determination of copper in copper smelting products by using 20%ammonia-40 g/L ammonium carbonate-20 g/L hydroxylamine sulfate solution as solvent was studied.Copper oxide was pre-leached with 30 g/L hydroxylamine hydrochloride-30 g/L NH4Cl solution,filtered and separated.Copper was leached with 20%ammonia-40 g/L ammonium carbonate-20 g/L hydroxylamine sulfate solution oscillating for 30 minutes.The sulfide leaching rate of copper was below 3%,and copper ferrite was insoluble.The effects of the amount of hydroxylamine sulfate,leaching time and copper particle size on the leaching results were discussed.The optimum experimental conditions for oscillating leaching of hydroxylamine sulfate under 180 meshes were determined,using 20%ammonia-40 g/L ammonium carbonate-20 g/L hydroxylamine sulfate solution as solvent for 15 minutes.
