摘  要:我国的钨矿储量中,黑钨约占20%,白钨约占70%,黑白钨混合矿物约占10%,自20世纪70年代以来,钨矿资源逐渐被消耗殆尽,钨冶金工艺也发生重大变革。本文主要对我国赣南地区主要钨冶炼企业的钨资源形势和钨矿碱分解工艺、设备进行调查研究,发现机械强化作用能够有效提高矿物的分解率和分解速率。因此,有必要研究开发出一套基于机械强化作用的高效钨矿碱分解工艺设备,缓解了钨工业面临的压力,使中国钨冶炼技术处于世界领先水平。In China's tungsten reserves,wolframite accounts for about 20%,scheelite accounts for about 70%,and mixed minerals of wolframite and wolframite account for about 10%.Since the 1970s,tungsten resources have been gradually exhausted,and great changes have taken place in tungsten metallurgy technology.In this paper,the situation of tungsten resources and alkali decomposition technology and equipment of tungsten ore in main tungsten smelting enterprises in southern Jiangxi Province are investigated.It is found that mechanical strengthening can effectively improve the decomposition rate and decomposition rate of minerals.Therefore,it is necessary to research and develop a set of efficient alkali decomposition process equipment for tungsten ore based on mechanical strengthening,which can relieve the pressure of tungsten industry and make China's tungsten smelting technology in the world's leading level.
