摘 要:通过对结晶控制条件过饱和度、温度、搅拌强度、加晶种时机的分析,结合一系列探索试验及实际生产情况,探索自然降温下间隙均匀制备大颗粒硫酸钴的工艺条件,强制降温条件下提高连续结晶大颗粒比例的方法,连续结晶设备与连续分级设备连用均匀制备大颗粒硫酸钴的方法。Based on the analysis of supersaturation,temperature,stirring intensity and seed-adding time under crystallization control conditions,and in combination with a series of exploratory experiments and actual production situation,the technological conditions for the preparation of large-sized cobalt sulfate particles with uniform clearance under natural temperature drop were explored Method of increasing the proportion of large particles in continuous crystallization under forced cooling condition,method of preparing large particles of cobalt sulfate by continuous crystallization equipment and continuous grading equipment.
