摘  要:为解决电子装备传统可靠性指标存在的弊端,提出基于无维修使用期(maintenance free operating period,MFOP)进行可靠性设计的新方法。简述MFOP在国内外的研究和应用现状,研究基于MFOP的工作流程,给出MFOP的二步设计方法,并对进一步研究工作和应用前景进行展望。该研究可为国内电子装备开展MFOP设计分析工作提供有效思路。For solving the problem of traditional reliability index of electronic equipment,put forward the new method for reliability design based on maintenance free operating period(MFOP).Firstly,the research and application circumstances of MFOP are briefly introduced at home and abroad.Secondly,the working process and two-step design method are researched based on MFOP.Finally,further research and application of MFOP are prospected in this paper.The research can give reference for MFOP design analysis work of domestic electronic equipment.
