摘 要:为解决C4ISR系统信息能力评估过程中模糊因素和随机因素影响的问题,构建C4ISR系统信息能力评估的云模型。建立C4ISR系统信息能力的评价指标体系,结合云的概念和层次分析法,计算加权云重心向量,采用基于正态云模型的评估方法,对信息处理能力进行评估,并运用实例进行了验证。验证结果表明:该方法简单可行,较好地融合了评估过程中的模糊性和随机性,实现了评估过程中定性指标和定量指标之间的转换。In order to solve the problem of fuzzy factors and random factors in the process of C4ISR system information capability assessment,a cloud model for C4ISR system information capability assessment is constructed.An evaluation index system for the information capability of the C4ISR system is established,combined with the concept of the cloud and the AHP,to calculate the weighted cloud center of gravity vector.The evaluation method based on the normal cloud model is used to evaluate the information processing capability,and verified by examples.The verification results show that the method is simple and feasible,and it combines the fuzziness and randomness in the evaluation process,and realizes the conversion between qualitative and quantitative indicators in the evaluation process.
