摘  要:基于计算机视觉技术,构建了精确检测斑马鱼胚胎心率的自动观测系统。系统由实验室卵胚胎培养装置、组装的高速摄像显微镜和视频图像心率识别程序3部分组成。实验室卵胚胎培养装置采用了可以模仿接近自然条件的卵胚胎水浴观测环境,从而使观测结果更为精确,并接近水样的真实值;心率识别程序能够对视频图像进行分析处理,通过心室面积变化定量化表征斑马鱼的胚胎心率。通过培养和观测试验,随机选取4组1 min时长进行计数,所得结果分别为112、105、108、114次/min,平均心率为110次/min,与实际人工计数的斑马鱼胚胎平均心跳数108次/min的数值接近,波峰与心率基本吻合,验证了此方法对斑马鱼胚胎心率观测的准确性。Based on computer vision technology,zebrafish heart rate observation system was constructed for instant and accurate determination of water quality toxicity.The system was consisted of an egg embryo incubation device,an assembled high-speed video microscope and a heart rate recognition program of video image.In this system,the egg embryo incubation device simulated a natural water environment for egg embryo to provide more accurate observation results.Heart rate recognition program analyzed and processed video image of the embryo,to represente quantitative characterization of zebrafish embryo heart rate through ventricular area change.According to culture and observation experiments,four groups were randomly selected to count in one minute.The results were 112,105,108,114 beats/min respectively.Average value was 110 beats/min,which was closed to actual artificial count of zebrafish embryo's average heart rate of 108 beats/min,and peak value was basically consistent with heart rate.The accuracy of the observation system of zebrafish embryo heart rate had been verified by experiment.
