摘 要:为了确定制备高效减水剂的最佳配比和工艺条件,以甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(MPEGMA自制),聚甲基丙烯酸(DMAA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(MAS)为原料,通过共聚反应制备共聚聚羧酸高效减水剂(PCE).考察了单体摩尔比、PCE分子量、引发剂用量、聚合反应温度、聚合反应时间等工艺条件对高聚物性能的影响.结果表明,n(MPEGMA):n(DMAA):n(MAS)=1.0:1.5:1.0,温度为85℃,聚合反应时间为7.0 h,引发剂用量6.5%,合成的减水剂性能最好.In order to determine the optimal ratio and process conditions for the preparation of superplasticizer,with self-made methoxy polyethylene glycol methacrylate(MPEGMA),polymethacrylic acid(DMAA),sodium methacrylic acid(MAS)as raw materials,copolymerized polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer(PCE)was prepared through copolymerization.What's more,the effects of process conditions such as monomer molar ratio,PCE molecular weight,initiator dosage,polymerization temperature,and polymerization time on the properties of the polymer were investigated.Lastly,the results showed that when n(MPEGMA):n(DMAA):n(MAS)=1.0:1.5:1.0,the temperature was 85℃,the polymerization time was 7.0 h,and the amount of initiator was 6.5%,the synthesized superplasticizer would achieve the best performance.
