摘 要:采用问卷调查法对646位大学生的锻炼目标内容和锻炼行为进行调查,结果发现:在社会关系(T=5.668、P<0.001)、形象、社会认同、技能发展和锻炼行为方面存在显著的性别差异,在健康管理上则不存在显著差异;社会关系和技能发展对大学男生锻炼行为存在显著正向影响,形象对锻炼行为存在显著负向影响,健康管理和社会认同对锻炼行为不存在显著影响;技能发展对大学生女生存在显著的正向影响,社会关系、形象、健康管理和社会认同对锻炼行影响不显著;锻炼目标内容的五因素一阶模型对大学男生锻炼行为的解释方差比大学女生锻炼行为的解释方差多了9%.研究结果说明,锻炼目标内容对大学男女生锻炼行为的影响路径和解释力均不同,外在锻炼目标内容对大学男女生锻炼行为不全是呈现负向影响,内在锻炼目标内容对大学男女生锻炼行为不全是呈现正向影响.646 college students were investigated in terms of exercise target contents and exercise behaviors by methods of questionnaire.The results have shown significant gender differences in respect to social relationship(T=5.668,P<0.001),image,social identity,skill development and exercise behavior,but no obvious differences in terms of health management;social relationship and skill development have significant positive impact on exercise behavior among male college students and image negative impact,while health management and social identity have no significant impact on exercise behavior.By contrast,skills development has a significant positive impact on female college students,while social relations,image,health management and social identity have no significant impact.The five factor firstorder model of exercise target content for male college students has an explanation variance of 9%higher than that of female college students.The results show that the influence path and explanatory power of exercise target content on exercise behavior for male and female college students are different.For both male and female college students,the external exercise target content has not altogether negative impacts on exercise behavior,yet the internal exercise target content has not quite positive impacts.
