摘 要:发动机缸体连接螺栓孔的精度直接影响发动机的装配精度及密封性,从而影响发动机的燃烧与排放。针对某发动机缸体连接螺栓孔加工精度要求,在分析各种加工工艺及装备优劣的基础上,采用工序集中原则,提出了一次装夹、多轴同时加工的专用机床加工工艺方案;根据确定的工艺方案,充分考虑上下料方便、定位夹紧方式及加工方便等因素,确定了缸体连接螺栓孔朝上的加工姿态,进而确定了采用立式结构的整体布局形式;并对机床的专用夹具、专用主轴箱的结构及工作原理进行了详细设计与阐述。实际生产表明,设备各项精度、加工生产效率及合格率均达到设计预期。The precision of the bolt hole connecting the engine cylinder block directly affects the assembly precision and airtightness of the engine,thus affecting the combustion and emission of the engine.Aim at the machining accuracy requirement of connecting bolt hole of a certain engine cylinder block,based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various machining techniques and equipment,the principle of procedure concentration is adopted,and the machining process scheme of special machine tool with one clamping and multi-axis simultaneous machining is put forward.According to the determined process plan,taking into full consideration the convenience of loading and unloading,positioning and clamping method and processing convenience,the processing attitude of the connecting bolt of the cylinder block was determined,and then the overall layout plan of vertical structure was determined.The structure and working principle of the special fixture and spindle box of the machine tool are designed in detail.The actual production shows that the accuracy,production efficiency and qualification rate of the workpiece reach the design expectation.
