摘  要:同轴度是衡量机器装配精度的一个重要指标。为提高零部件装配的同轴精度,设计了专用的同轴度调整平台。根据影响同轴度的因素,选择了两个零件互为基准的新型调整方式对同轴度调整平台进行结构设计,通过ANSYS Workbench对调整平台的核心部件调整座进行结构优化,解决调整干涉的问题。最后分析了的同轴度调整平台精度,利用千分表测量反馈同轴度调整量,能够提高调整精度。经过理论计算,该同轴度调整平台的精度为1μm,能够满足机械装配的精度要求。Coaxiality is an important index for measuring the assembly accuracy of machines.In order to improve the coaxial accuracy of component assembly,a dedicated coaxiality adjustment platform is designed.According to the factors that affect coaxiality,a new type of adjustment method with two parts acted as reference mutual was selected for structural design of the coaxiality adjustment platform.The structural optimization of the core component adjustment base of the adjustment platform was optimized by ANSYS Workbench to solve the problem of adjustment interference.Finally,the accuracy of the coaxiality adjustment platform is analyzed,and the feedback coaxiality adjustment can be measured with a dial gauge to improve the adjustment accuracy.After theoretical calculations,the accuracy of the coaxiality adjustment platform is 1μm,which can meet the accuracy requirements of mechanical assembly.
