摘  要:某公司离心机转鼓体使用仅1a(年)就发生了断裂,采用宏观分析、化学成分分析、硬度测试、力学性能试验、金相检验、扫描电镜分析及能谱分析等方法对转鼓体的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:材料为双相不锈钢的转鼓体在固溶处理时操作不当,使得其显微组织中存在大量硬脆的σ相,转鼓体在高速运转时会产生较大的离心力,在离心力的作用下,σ相密集处会萌生裂纹并扩展,最终导致转鼓体发生断裂。The centrifuge drum of a company fractured after only one year of service.The fracture causes of drum were analyzed by means of macroscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis,hardness test,mechanical property test,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope analysis and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that there were a lot of hard and brittle σ phase in the microstructure of the drum made of duplex stainless steel due to improper operation during solution treatment.When the drum was running at high speed,a large centrifugal force will be generated.Under the action of centrifugal force,cracks will be initiated and propagated in the dense part of σ phase,which eventually led to the fracture of the drum.
