补肾固冲汤联合黄体酮治疗对先兆流产保胎成功率、阴道流血时间及下腹坠痛时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾固冲汤联合黄体酮治疗对先兆流产患者保胎成功率、阴道流血时间及下腹坠痛时间的影响。方法选取2017年3月—2019年10月医院收治的140例先兆流产患者为研究对象,随机数字法分为两组,对照组70例,观察组70例。对照组应用黄体酮治疗,观察组应用补肾固冲汤联合黄体酮治疗,对比两组不同方法治疗后对患者各项炎症指标水平的变化、保胎成功率、阴道流血时间及下腹坠痛时间的影响。结果两组治疗前血清P、β-HCG、TNF-α的水平相比无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后血清P、β-HCG的水平均高于对照组,TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前血清E2、CA12的水平相比无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后血清E2水平均高于对照组,CA125水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后阴道流血消失时间、下腹坠痛消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后保胎成功率高于对照组,保胎失败率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论先兆流产的治疗过程当中,补肾固冲汤联合黄体酮治疗的效果理想,加用补肾固冲汤从根本上对引发疾病的因素进行消除,改善了单应用黄体酮治疗的局限性,从而能够有效的改善患者的各项血清指标,从而缩短阴道流血、下腹坠痛的消失时间,最终提高保胎成功率,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Guchong decoction combined with progesterone on the success rate of fetal maintenance,vaginal bleeding time and lower abdominal pain in patients with threatened abortion.Methods A total of 140 patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.The control group was treated with progestin,and the research group was treated with Bushen Gutong decoction combined with progestin.The effects of different treatment methods on the levels of various inflammatory indicators,the success rate of pregnancy preservation,the time of vaginal bleeding and the time of abdominal pain in the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in serum levels of P,β-HCG and TNF-αbetween the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,serum levels of P,β-HCG in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and TNF-αlevels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum levels of E2 or CA12 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,serum E2 level in the research group was higher than that of the control group,and CA125 level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of vaginal bleeding and lower abdominal pain in the research group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the success rate of fetal preservation in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the failure rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment process of threatened abortion,Bushen Guchong decoction combined with progesterone has ideal effect.Bushen Guchong decoction can eliminate the causes and improve the disadvantages of the single application of progesterone therapy,which can effectively improve the patients’serum indexes,and thus shortening the time of vaginal bleeding,disappearing time of abdominal pain,and eventuall
