摘  要:研究了不同时效参数对铍青铜显微组织和力学性能的影响,金相和力学性能分析的结果表明:时效温度不同,铍青铜弹性元件的显微组织和力学性能不同。经工艺三处理后的铍青铜弹性元件显微组织晶界清晰,且明显有强化相γ相析出,硬度在370~380 HV10,而经工艺一和工艺二处理后的铍青铜显微组织无强化相析出,或析出较少,硬度不足330 HV10。The effect of aging processing parameter on microstructure and mechanical property of beryllium bronze elastic element was studied.The result shows that,the microstructure and mechanical property of beryllium bronze elastic element were different because of the varied heat treatment parameter.After the third technology,the crystal boundary of the microstructure was clear,and the strengthening phase was separated out.And the vickers-hardness was 370-380 HV10.While there was no strengthening phase after the first technology or the second technology.And the vickers-hardness was less than 370~380 HV10.
