“沈氏敷贴方”治疗肺肾亏虚型慢阻肺稳定期的研究浅析

摘　　要：目的通过对治疗前后的CAT评分、AECOPD发生次数、C反应蛋白等方面的调查和对比,客观评判"沈氏敷贴方"治疗肺肾亏虚型慢阻肺稳定期患者的疗效评价。方法用随机的方法,将60例符合诊断标准的慢阻肺患者分为两组:治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用规范化治疗方案,治疗组在其基础上予"沈氏敷贴方"以穴位敷贴治疗,于每年的夏至(如2016年6月21日)开始到白露(如2016年9月7日)结束,每周一次,共计8次;治疗后,随访一年进行疗效评价。结果治疗组CAT评分、AECOPD发生次数、C反应蛋白均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"沈氏敷贴方"对肺肾亏虚型慢阻肺稳定期的治疗有显著作用,具有较好的推广及应用价值。Objective By investigating and comparing the CAT scores、AECOPD frequencies and C-reactive protein before and after the treatment to evaluate the efficiency of"Shenshi Futie Fang"in treating the patients of stable COPD with deficiency of lung and kidney.Methods Sixty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.There were 30 cases in each group.A standardized treatment option was introduced to control group.On the other hand,treatment group was added accupoint application therapy with"Shenshi Futie Fang",being treated from the summer solstice(e.g.June 21,2016)to the white dew(e.g.September 7,2016).It was performed once a week,8 times in total.After treatment,the efficacy was evaluated in a one-year follow-up.Results The CAT scores,AECOPD frequencies and C-reactive protein of treatment group were superior to those in control group.Significant differences was indicated(P<0.05).Conclusion"Shenshi Futie Fang"exhibited a significant effect on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with deficiency of lung and kidney,which was well worthy of promotion and application.
