中西医结合治疗轻症型新冠肺炎的临床疗效探究

摘　　要：目的探究中西医结合治疗在轻症型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者中的临床应用效果与价值。方法将2020年2月至2020年4月笔者前往支援的武汉汉阳方舱医院收治的轻症型新冠肺炎患者300例纳入本次研究样本中,以治疗方式为分组依据,其中130例接受单纯西医治疗的患者纳入对照组中,另170例接受中西医结合治疗的患者纳入观察组中。对比两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分变化、临床症状消失时间以及实验室指标。结果两组患者中医证候积分基线值有可比性(P>0.05),经临床治疗,观察组各项积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),此外,观察组发热、咽痛等症状消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前,两组实验室指标对比差异不显著(P>0.05),经治疗,观察组CRP表达明显下降,LYM绝对值明显增多,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法对轻症新冠肺炎患者的临床治疗效果理想,能有效阻滞病情发展,改善临床症状,促进患者康复,在本研究中表现出较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect and value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in patients with mild type of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods From February 2020 to April 2020,300 patients with mild type of novel coronavirus pneumonia who were admitted to the Wuhan Hanyang Fangcai Hospital supported by the author were included in this study sample,based on the treatment method.Among them,130 patients who received simple western medicine treatment were included in the control group,and 170 patients in the observation group were included in the observation group.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results The baseline values of TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were comparable(P>0.05).After clinical treatment,the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,sore throat and hospitalization time in the observation group shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference in laboratory indicators between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the CRP expression of the observation group decreased significantly,and the absolute value of LYM increased significantly,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy is ideal for patients with mild type of novel coronavirus pneumonia.It can effectively block the development of the disease,improve the clinical symptoms,and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.It has high clinical value in this study.
