摘　　要：目的研究带尺骨的游离尺动脉腕上皮支复合皮瓣修复手指复合组织缺损效果。方法实验对象选取时间为2018年9月至2019年9月,样本是38例手指复合组织缺损患者,对患者应用带尺骨的游离尺动脉腕上皮支复合皮瓣修复术进行治疗,分析患者的术后治疗效果与手指功能恢复情况。结果38例患者中,治疗有效率为97.36%,将患者在治疗前后的手指恢复功能进行对比,治疗前的感觉评分为(1.8±0.5),TAM评分为(5.6±0.8),ADL评分为(25.2±2.1),治疗后的感觉功能评分为(3.8±0.7),TAM评分为(12.5±0.4),ADL评分为(32.3±1.6),治疗前后进行对比t值感觉功能为10.398,TAM为34.500,ADL为12.027p值均为0.000,差异明显P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论临床在治疗手指复合组织缺损患者时,应用带尺骨的游离尺动脉腕上皮支复合皮瓣修复手术治疗效果明显,具有推广价值。Objective To study the repairing effect of compound tissue defect of fingers with free carpal epithelial branch flap of ulna artery.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,38 patients with compound tissue defect of fingers were selected as the experimental subjects.The patients were treated with free carpal epithelial branch compound flap with ulna to analyze the postoperative treatment effect and finger function recovery.Results In 38 patients,the effective rate of treatment was 97.36%.The sensory score before and after treatment was(1.8±0.5),Tam score was(5.6±0.8),ADL score was(25.2±2.1),sensory function score after treatment was(3.8±0.7),Tam score was(12.5±0.4),ADL score was(32.3±1.6),sensory function before and after treatment was 10.398,Tam score was 34.500,ADL 12.027p were all 0.000,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of compound tissue defect of fingers,the compound flap with free carpal epithelial branch of ulnar artery with ulna can be used to repair the defect.
