用传统缝合法结合美容缝合法为接受剖宫产手术的产妇进行切口缝合的效果

摘　　要：目的探究分析对接受剖宫产手术的产妇采取传统缝合法结合美容缝合法的切口缝合效果。方法选取45例行剖宫产的产妇病例资料为本次研究资料来源,按照随机分类法将其随机划分为参照组20例和联合组25例,参照组产妇采取传统缝合法进行术后缝合处理,联合组产妇在传统缝合的基础上联合美容缝合法进行术后缝合处理。观察对比两种缝合方式的切口缝合效果。结果(1)两组产妇术后切口疼痛度和瘢痕美观度对比:相较于参照组,联合组产妇的术后切口疼痛度更低,瘢痕美观度更高,数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组产妇术后不良反应发生情况对比:联合组产妇术后不良反应发生率更低,切口愈合情况更好,安全性更高,数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受剖宫产手术的产妇采取传统缝合法结合美容缝合法进行术后缝合处理能够取得更好的切口缝合效果,值得进一步推广应用于临床。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of traditional suture combined with cosmetic suture on the incision of parturient undergoing cesarean section.Methods Forty-five cases of cesarean section were selected as the data source of this study.According to the random classification,they were randomly divided into reference group(20 cases)and combined group(25 cases).In the reference group,the traditional suture method was used for postoperative suture treatment,while in the combined group,the combination of the traditional suture method and beauty suture method was used for postoperative suture treatment.To observe and compare the effect of two kinds of suture.Results(1)Comparison of incision pain and scar beauty in two groups:compared with the reference group,the combined group had lower incision pain and higher scar beauty.The data were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the two groups were compared:the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the combined group was lower,the wound healing was better,the safety was higher,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional suture method combined with cosmetic suture method can achieve better incision suture effect for the parturient undergoing cesarean section,which is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
