D-二聚体、同型半胱氨酸测定对骨折并发下肢深静脉血栓患者的诊断效果

摘　　要：目的探析在骨折并发下肢深静脉血栓诊断中使用二聚体、同型半胱氨酸测定的临床价值。方法试验组即为2018年6月至2019年6月期间本院参与诊治的55例骨折并发下肢深静脉血栓患者,常规组即为同一时期本院参与诊治的55例骨折未并发下肢深静脉血栓患者,均开展二聚体、同型半胱氨酸测定,评价试验组与常规组骨折并发下肢深静脉血栓患者临床诊断情况。结果试验组骨折并发下肢深静脉血栓患者D-二聚体水平(2.59±0.32)、同型半胱氨酸水平(21.21±1.11)与常规组数(1.11±0.25、12.39±1.25)据比较,P<0.05,统计学数据指标之间具有分析意义。结论将二聚体、同型半胱氨酸测定用于骨折并发下肢深静脉血栓患者中展现显著价值。Objective To explore clinical value of dimer and homocysteine in diagnosis of fractures complicated with deep venous thrombosis.Methods Experimental group included 55 cases fractures patients complicated with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019,and routine group included 55 cases fractures without deep veins of lower extremity in hospital during the same period.Test dimer and homocysteine o thrombosis patients and evaluate clinical diagnosis in experiment group and routine group.Results D-dimer level of patients with fractures and deep vein thrombosis in experimental group was (2.59±0.32),and homocysteine level was (21.21±1.11),that of routine group was (1.11±0.25),(12.39±1.25),the comparison showed P<0.05,data indicators showed analytical significance.Conclusion Determination of dimer and homocysteine shows significant value in patients with fracture complicated with deep vein thrombosis.
