儿童保健系统管理在儿童早期生长发育中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨分析儿童保健系统管理在儿童早期生长发育中的效果。方法本次的研究对象为我院于2016年3月至2017年6月纳入的120例健康体检幼儿,根据入院时间顺序分为对照组与研究组,予以对照组60例幼儿常规健康管理,针对研究组60例幼儿采用儿童保健系统管理,观察对比两组幼儿的体格发育、患病率等情况。结果对照组儿童患病率明显高于研究组,对照组儿童体格发育评分显著低于研究组,P<0.05,数据差异具有统计学意义。结论儿童保健系统管理能够有效促进儿童早期生长发育,显著降低儿童营养性疾病发生率,有助于儿童智力发育健康成长,具有较高的临床应用及推广价值。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of child health care system management in early childhood growth and development.Methods We chose 120 of cases healthy children admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 as study objects,divided them into control group and study group according to admission sequence,60 cases in control group were treated with routine health management,and 60 cases in study group with child care system.Observed and compared physical development and prevalence between two groups.Results Prevalence of children in control group was significantly higher than that of study group.Physical development scores in control group were significantly lower than that of study group,P<0.05,the difference in data was statistically significant.Conclusion Child health care system management can promote early growth and development of children effectively,reduce incidence of nutritional diseases significantly,and contribute to healthy growth of their intellectual development,which high clinical application and promotion value.
