改良后内侧入路手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位合并后Pilon骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良后内侧入路手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位合并后Pilon骨折的疗效。方法选2018年9月至2019年9月在本院治疗的选踝关节骨折脱位合并后Pilon骨折的患者60例,对所有患者皆进行改良后内侧入路手术治疗,并分析手术疗效。结果对60例接受改良后内侧入路手术的踝关节骨折脱位合并后Pilon骨折患者进行术后随访,全部患者实现了一期愈合,未出现畸形愈合或者不愈合情况,优良率为86.7%。结论将改良后内侧入路手术应用于踝关节骨折脱位合并后Pilon骨折患者的治疗中,能够收获较好的治疗效果,近期疗效良好。Objective To investigate effect of modified posterior medial approach in treatment of ankle fracture and dislocation combined with Pilon fracture.Methods We chose 60 cases of ankle fracture and dislocation patients combined with Pilon fracture in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019.Treated them with modified posterior medial approach surgery,and analyzed surgical effect.Results The follow-up survey has been done.The 60 cases with ankle fractures and dislocations combined with Pilon fractures with modified posterior medial approach surgery have got primary healing without malunion or nonunion,with excellent and good rate of 86.7%.Conclusion Modified posterior medial approach can achieve good curative effect and short-term effect in treatment of patients with Pilon fractures combined with ankle fractures and dislocations.
